We are currently firming up plans for the 1999 Gilliespie Family Reunion to held in San Antonio, Texas. We are using the Internet this year to allow family members that are online to contact me, Billy McWilliams, help you with your plans to attend. You may recall me. I ams the sixth child of Doris McWilliams-Gilliespie, from Teague,Texas. I have lived in San Antonio, Texas for the last 22 years. I am assisting Linda Mitchell, the daughter of Wardell Gilliespie in the planning for this year's event. What we have planned so far is for all family members that are attneding this event to come to San Antonio, Texas Friday July 2, 1999 and check in register themselves and their families Linda has informed me that she has reserved 20 hotel rooms for family members. She needs for you to contact her at home as soon as possible so that she may make your reservations. Please be reminded that hotel space in San Antonio is limited, especially during a big weekend such as the Fourth of July. So please maek your hotel/motel reservation well in advance. On the morning Saturday July 3, 1999,from 9:00A.M. to 2:00 P.M. we are planning to have a "Fiesta" type celebration at Linda's brother's church On Sunday July 4, 1999 . We plan to meet again at Lester's church for Sunday services and departure. If you plan to attend, look at the e-mail address below and send me a response via e-mail concerning your preferences for hotel reservations and registration packet.
